Fair Consumer Practice Policy

ABM University Theological Seminary is a religious degree granting institution, that also offers Florida Board of Nursing Approved Continuing Education.  Our Board of Nursing Continuing Education  Provider Number is 50-18897.  We also offer examination preparation for test takers of various certification and licensure exams.

1.  Degree credit transfer for those students earning religious degrees are unlikely.  Please check with the institution in which you would like to consider transferring credits to verify if they accept credits from our institution.  

2. Students certified or licensed with the Florida Board Of Nursing/Department Of Health that successfully complete our continuing education courses will receive a certificate of completion stating the amount of hours alloted for that course.  Those hours are valid until the expiration date listed on the certificate.

3. Those students who enroll in and complete our exam preparation will not be issued credits or continuing education hours.  You must sit for your exam and upon passing the exam your license will be issued by the certifying board.  We do not perform education/licensure verifications for exam preparation.  Please have your license verified by the board that issued your examination.

Registration Fees: Your registration fee is non-refundable.  Your application is valid for 30 days.  After 30 days without starting you will be required to re-register to be considered for entry as a student with our institution.

Tuition Exam Prep/Continuing Education: Fees received for continuing education and exam preparation are considered earned upon signing of contract and fees received are non-refundable.

Tuition Religious Degree Earning Students: Potential students are allowed to test drive the course for a maximum of 3 individual classes at no cost.  You are allowed to withdraw up to 28 days after enrollment for a 50% refund.  After 28 days fees received for tuition are non-refundable.

In the event of a natural disaster or castastrophe classes will be cancelled until internet, electricity and all things necessary to have classes are restored including government clearance to enter the area.
